The TERI Alumni Association, with over 100 members who are working in TERI and over 200 members who had worked in TERI, has brought out a book ‘Dr R K Pachauri - The Visionary Institution Builder’.
The book was released on the 80th birthday of late Dr R K Pachauri, the Founder Director General of TERI on August 20, 2020. The book release event was attended by Mrs Saroj Pachauri, Dr Ash Pachauri, Mr Nitin Desai, Chairman, TERI, Dr Shailesh Nayak, and Dr Vijai Sharma, TERI – GC members, Dr Ajay Mathur, Director General, TERI, Mr Rakesh Kacker, President, TAA, TAA members, and colleagues from TERI and TERI SAS.
His unique qualities as an inspirational leader and institute builder, who built and nurtured a unique institute – TERI with love, passion, and a human face, were fondly remembered by all. Colleagues mentioned that he will always remain in their hearts forever and will keep guiding them in all their endeavours.
